Morgan has partnered with the furniture resale company Kaiyo to help clean out the apartment before handing it over to its next owners. The reality star officially sold the 4,650-square-foot property on May 29 after two weeks on auction. While the final sale price is not yet reported, the , the real estate company that listed the property, reported the “current high bid” as $4 million a day after the auction closed.
Among the dozens of pre-owned offerings are lush vintage finds such as this Upholstered Settee ($1,440), French Provincial Dining Host Chairs ($869) and Louis XIII-Style Desk and Chair ($3,307) — all up to 60% off their original retail price.
