Sonja Morgan Is Cleaning Out Her Tribeca Apartment With Online Furniture Sale

is finally bidding farewell to her beloved Tribeca townhouse that was home to hundreds of drama-riddled scenes during her tenure on “The of New York.” But in true Bravo housewife fashion, she isn’t leaving before sucking every last penny she can out of the estate.

Morgan has partnered with the furniture resale company Kaiyo to help clean out the apartment before handing it over to its next owners. The reality star officially sold the 4,650-square-foot property on May 29 after two weeks on auction. While the final sale price is not yet reported, the , the real estate company that listed the property, reported the “current high bid” as $4 million a day after the auction closed.

In an episode of “The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: RHONY Legacy,” she admitted that fellow housewife Dorinda Medley was the one that encouraged her to “just auction it and move on.”
